Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Jember, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in supporting our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As part of a fast‑growing fintech environment, you will work closely with credit analysts, survey teams, and customer service representatives to deliver a seamless financing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders sourced from the Business Channeling platform, confirming receipt and validating initial data.
  • Gather, verify, and upload comprehensive consumer and financing object information into the ACCTION system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Enter order details received through the dicicilaja portal, cross‑checking entries against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading.
  • Conduct preliminary credit checks, process applications according to RAC or grading results, and prepare documentation for final approval.
  • Communicate credit approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate with the Sales & Help Center (SHC) for any ongoing customer cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of all data entries, updates, and communications within the system, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Generate regular reports on order volume, processing times, and approval rates to support operational improvements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with IT support to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 30 years or younger.
  • Open to all genders; inclusive workplace.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or data‑entry experience, preferably in a financial services or fintech setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, data‑entry software, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret credit grading criteria and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
