Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (Early Childhood Educator) to join our primary school network across Bandung, Medan, and Cirebon. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that align with the Cambridge Early Years curriculum and national education standards.
  • Plan weekly and monthly instructional units, incorporating hands‑on activities, storytelling, and multimedia resources to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Assess student progress through observations, portfolios, and formative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing student achievements, addressing concerns, and fostering strong home‑school partnerships.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and school leadership to refine instructional strategies and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  • Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events, staying current with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Support extracurricular activities and school community events, promoting holistic development beyond the classroom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (or a related field) from a state‑owned or private university with an “A” accreditation.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for a Bachelor’s degree or 3.25 for a Master’s degree.
  • At least one (1) year of teaching experience, preferably with early childhood or primary‑level students.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; TOEFL or IELTS certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and the ability to adapt it to local contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations: Bandung, Medan, or Cirebon.
  • Maximum age of 30 years, with a passion for nurturing the next generation of learners.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
