Introduction
PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia is seeking energetic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales force as a Sales Representative – Direct Selling in the Kabupaten Batang region, specifically covering the Limpung district and surrounding areas. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the face of our brand, promoting our core products, vouchers, and community events directly to consumers. Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct engagement with customers. Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting first‑time product sales (Jual Perdana) and ensuring customers understand the features and benefits.
- Promoting and selling promotional vouchers, tracking redemption rates, and providing feedback to the marketing team.
- Organizing, coordinating, and executing local events and pop‑up activities to increase brand visibility.
- Maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
- Preparing and submitting daily and weekly sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.
- Providing excellent after‑sales support, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborating with regional managers to develop territory‑specific sales strategies.
- Keeping up‑to‑date with product knowledge, competitive offerings, and market trends.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in direct or field selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM to run company apps and CRM tools.
- Residency within Kabupaten Batang, specifically in the Limpung district or nearby areas.
- Preparedness to submit a complete application package: cover letter, updated CV, scanned copies of diploma, police clearance (SKCK), family card (KK), identity card (KTP), and recent passport‑style photo.
