We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator & Digital Strategist to join our fast‑growing media team. This role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven strategy to produce engaging visual and written content across multiple social platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute content calendars that align with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Produce high‑quality video and photo assets, handling everything from concept, shooting, lighting, to post‑production editing using Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and other relevant software.
  • Write clear, persuasive copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral, ensuring tone of voice matches brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to continuously refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to integrate visual storytelling into campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and produce regular reports that inform future content decisions.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all media complies with copyright and licensing standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas that elevate brand presence and drive audience interaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Age: maximum 30 years old.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) or SMK (Multimedia) equivalent.
  • Proven proficiency with video and image editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and mobile tools like CapCut.
  • Hands‑on experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras, including knowledge of framing, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly disciplined, detail‑oriented, honest, creative, innovative, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve measurable targets.
  • Currently not employed elsewhere; full availability for a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content tagging, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.
