Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Physics (and optionally Mathematics or Chemistry) that align with the school curriculum and exam standards.
- Conduct small‑group and one‑on‑one tutoring sessions from Monday to Friday, ensuring each student receives personalized attention.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and mock examinations, providing detailed feedback and actionable improvement strategies.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors to develop interdisciplinary projects and cross‑subject workshops that reinforce core scientific concepts.
- Utilize educational technology tools (e.g., virtual labs, interactive simulations, learning management systems) to enhance instructional delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and any concerns that arise.

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: S1 in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related science field.
- Age: Up to 40 years old; however, we value experience and competence over strict age limits.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in a school setting or a reputable bimbingan belajar (tutoring) center.
- Proficiency in English to assist students preparing for bilingual examinations and to read international scientific resources.
- Strong command of at least two of the following subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry (teaching two subjects is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise educational materials and adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to the scheduled working hours (03:00 – 20:00).
