Responsibilities

- Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
- Assist with visual merchandising by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring that product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in daily briefings, share sales insights, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, including proper handling of merchandise and adherence to health protocols.
- Contribute to promotional activities, such as product launches, seasonal sales, and loyalty programs.
- Continuously develop personal sales skills through training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Female candidates up to 22 years old; all genders are welcome for other positions.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Key Personal Traits: Honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a professional appearance.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems and willingness to learn POS operations.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
