We are looking for dedicated individuals to join the Cerita Cireng family as Outlet Guardians at our bustling locations in Simalingkar, Kanal, and Tembung. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and are ready to take ownership of an outlet’s daily operations. No formal diploma or prior culinary experience is required—just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the outlet on schedule, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Prepare and fry frozen cireng batter, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Provide courteous, friendly service to every customer, handling orders, payments, and inquiries.
- Accurately count cash, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store supplies according to hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to local health regulations and the brand’s cleanliness checklist.
- Track box production and report bonus‑eligible output (Rp 5,000 per box) to management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and suggest promotional items to increase sales.
- Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and communicate any major issues to the regional supervisor.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and attend brief training sessions when offered.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SD, SMP, SMA, Diploma, or higher).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with zero‑year experience are acceptable.
- Religious: Must be Muslim (muslimah) to align with the outlet’s cultural environment.
- Personal qualities: Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Key skills: Basic numeracy for cash handling, good communication for customer interaction, ability to multitask, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Transportation: Own a motorbike or car to travel to and from the outlet.
- Availability: Willing to work the shift from 14:00 – 22:00, Monday through Sunday, with three days off per month.
