Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Operator Mesin Banner Produksi to join our fast‑growing print production team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that high‑quality banner and digital print orders are completed on schedule, meeting both client specifications and our internal standards of excellence. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate large‑format banner printing machines, including digital printers, heat presses, and laminators.
- Load print files, verify resolution and color settings, and perform test prints to guarantee accurate output.
- Monitor machine performance throughout the production run, adjusting settings as needed to maintain optimal quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for color fidelity, alignment, and material defects, conducting corrective actions when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning print heads, changing inks, and replacing worn rollers to minimize downtime.
- Maintain organized workstations, manage inventory of inks, substrates, and consumables, and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
- Document production metrics, report any equipment malfunctions, and assist the technical team with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams to ensure that customer deadlines are met and that any special requests are fulfilled.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and safe operation of machinery.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience operating banner or digital printing equipment.
- Demonstrated honesty, meticulousness, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility in shift arrangements.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a willingness to work hard under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for file handling, job tracking, and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 25 kg.
