- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment, adhering to infection control standards.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction surveys, and compliance audits.
- Serve as a role model for junior staff and interns, offering mentorship and guidance when needed.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 28 years (flexible up to 30 years for exceptional candidates).
- Minimum education: D3 Keperawatan; S1 Profesi Ners is highly preferred.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) certifications.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong clinical aptitude.
- Passion for aesthetic medicine and a genuine desire to enhance patient confidence.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- High level of integrity, honesty, discipline, and accountability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Willingness to travel to Jakarta for specialized training programs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
