We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce and marketplace retailer based in Sleman, Indonesia, seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Toko & Admin Online. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting our marketplace presence on platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable navigating social media, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace chat tools, ensuring a professional and helpful tone.
- Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update product listings on Tokopedia, Shopee, and other partner marketplaces, including price adjustments, inventory checks, and promotional banners.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key metrics such as order volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary while keeping the customer informed throughout the resolution process.
- Conduct regular typing speed tests to ensure a minimum typing rate of 60 KPM, supporting efficient data entry and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content that drives traffic to our online store.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation, flagging discrepancies and coordinating restocking efforts with suppliers.
- Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining an organized digital filing system.
- Participate in after‑hours shifts and occasional overtime to meet peak sales periods, especially during promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Female candidates, preferably under 27 years of age, residing in Sleman or surrounding areas.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in online customer service, e‑commerce administration, or a similar role.
- Own a reliable motorbike with a valid SIM C and personal transportation for occasional site visits.
- Typing speed of 60 KPM or higher; candidates are encouraged to test via 10FastFingers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word.
- Strong familiarity with Tokopedia and Shopee marketplace operations, including order management and seller tools.
- Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia, with clear grammar and spelling.
- Highly communicative, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently while maintaining accountability.
