Introduction

Bank Mega is seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our expanding retail banking team as Card Loan Officers in the dynamic markets of Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, and Pontianak. As a Card Loan Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the card loan application process, building lasting relationships, and delivering the high‑quality service that defines Bank Mega’s brand.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking events, community outreach, and digital lead generation.
  • Conduct in‑depth needs assessments to match customers with appropriate card loan products and related banking services.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with existing card loan holders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while adhering to the bank’s risk‑management policies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with credit analysts, underwriting teams, and branch managers to streamline the approval process and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Provide clients with clear explanations of loan terms, repayment schedules, fees, and any promotional offers.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product developments, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve personal and team outcomes.
  • Report key performance metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma preferred; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a strong advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, business development, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, well‑presented appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekend banking hours.
  • Open to candidates who are currently enrolled in university (part‑time or online work arrangements available).
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
