As the frontline cash handling professional for Donat Bahagia, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless payment experiences, maintaining accurate transaction records, and providing friendly service to both dine‑in guests and delivery drivers. Responsibilities
- Accurately process all cash, EDC, QRIS, and other electronic payments using the POS system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Donat Bahagia’s product range, including seasonal items and promotional bundles, to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Engage customers with courteous, professional communication, ensuring a positive service experience and fostering repeat business.
- Enter every transaction into the POS system with precision, performing end‑of‑day reconciliations and generating sales reports as required.
- Identify upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products and special offers, thereby increasing average ticket size.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to coordinate order preparation, timely hand‑offs, and efficient food delivery to patrons.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier area and overall store environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory checks of cash drawers, receipts, and promotional materials, reporting discrepancies to management promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS features, payment technologies, and customer service best practices.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash float management, cash deposit preparation, and secure storage of financial documents.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a cashier, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
- Proficient in operating POS applications and handling various payment methods (EDC, QRIS, cash).
- Strong product knowledge of Donat Bahagia’s menu items and ability to convey this information to customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash accurately and perform basic arithmetic quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software tools efficiently.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the willingness to work flexible hours (10:00 – 22:00).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with food delivery within the store.
