Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic operations unit. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers, securing overdue payments, and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to residential and commercial customers to collect outstanding loan or credit payments.
- Verify and update customer contact information, ensuring data accuracy in the company’s collection management system.
- Monitor repayment promises (janji bayar) and follow up consistently according to the agreed schedule, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed activity reports after each visit, documenting payment status, customer concerns, and any agreements reached.
- Collaborate with the back‑office team to reconcile collected amounts, resolve discrepancies, and process receipts promptly.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to explain payment terms, negotiate settlement plans, and address objections while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.
- Identify early warning signs of delinquency and recommend preventive actions to the credit risk department.
- Adhere strictly to legal and regulatory guidelines governing debt collection, ensuring ethical conduct at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized record of all collection activities, supporting audit requirements and performance analysis.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, negotiation tactics, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated negotiation techniques and problem‑solving abilities.

- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using collection software and mobile reporting tools.
- Willingness to work the full shift from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday through Saturday.
