Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and attentive Petugas Keamanan Toko Roti (Bakery Store Security Officer) to join our friendly team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff in a busy retail bakery setting. Responsibilities
- Monitor the bakery premises during operating hours (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00) to prevent theft, vandalism, and any other security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor, storage areas, and back‑office spaces, checking that doors, windows, and alarms are properly secured.
- Greet customers at the entrance, verify that they follow store policies, and provide assistance or directions as needed.
- Manage visitor logs, issue temporary access badges, and coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure safe entry and exit.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities, and report incidents to management and local authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate daily incident reports, documenting any irregularities, customer complaints, or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the store manager and staff to enforce health‑safety standards, especially in food‑handling zones.
- Support loss‑prevention initiatives such as inventory checks, CCTV monitoring, and cash‑handling oversight.
- Participate in regular training sessions on emergency response, first aid, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma preferred).

- Age: No upper limit; candidates should be physically fit to perform patrol duties.
- No prior experience required, though experience in retail security or customer service is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of store management systems and ability to learn the bakery’s specific security software.
