Introduction
The Petugas Kebersihan Lingkungan dan Fasilitas (Environmental and Facility Cleaning Officer) plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and the surrounding community. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of office areas, corridors, restrooms, and common facilities using approved chemicals and equipment.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in accordance with local environmental regulations and the company’s sustainability policy.
- Inspect facilities daily to identify maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the supervisory team.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishments, and ensure proper storage to prevent waste.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down spaces for special events, meetings, or visitor receptions, ensuring all areas are spotless before and after use.
- Follow a strict schedule that includes morning (08:00) and afternoon (17:00) shifts, with flexibility to address urgent cleaning needs.
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with other facility staff, security personnel, and external vendors to maintain overall building standards.
- Document daily activities in the cleaning logbook and submit reports to the Facility Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑40 years.

- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key personal attributes: responsibility, agility, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
