Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for students ranging from TK (kindergarten) to SMA (senior high school).
- Develop individualized lesson plans that address each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment in the assigned tutoring location.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss academic goals, performance, and any concerns.
- Adhere strictly to the agreed‑upon schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be punctual for each session.
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share resources, teaching strategies, and best practices.
- Continuously update teaching materials and stay informed about the latest educational trends and curriculum changes.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops offered by the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and respect all privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; preferably a final‑semester university student or a graduate with a S1 degree (education majors are highly preferred).
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates must be able to meet the physical and professional demands of the role.
- Experience: No prior teaching experience required, though any tutoring or mentorship background is a plus.
- Strong passion for teaching and genuine enjoyment of working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects across various grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance: neat, tidy, and appropriately dressed for an educational setting.
- Willingness to follow the assigned teaching schedule and adapt to occasional changes.
- Residence within or near the placement area is considered an advantage.
