- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all promotional materials and information brochures are up‑to‑date.
- Create engaging social‑media posts (using Canva or similar tools) to showcase hotel events, special offers, and guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports, manage filing systems, and perform general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Support the sales and marketing team by providing accurate data for occupancy reports and promotional campaigns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve front‑desk efficiency and guest satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all qualified candidates; however, the current opening emphasizes female applicants aged 23‑28.
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front‑desk or guest services role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to design eye‑catching social‑media graphics using Canva or comparable platforms.
- Intermediate level English communication skills (both spoken and written) – an added advantage.
