Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Central Java Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing talent acquisition team. This regional role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing top‑tier candidates for a diverse portfolio of clients located throughout Central Java. The position offers a fully remote and mobile work arrangement, allowing you to operate from anywhere while staying closely connected to both clients and candidates.

As a key partner to our clients, you will leverage your expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, deep knowledge of the telecommunications sector, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver hiring solutions that align with business objectives and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and screen candidates using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and niche talent pools.
  • Conduct thorough, competency‑based interviews to assess candidate experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with client hiring managers, understanding their strategic hiring needs and providing market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for recurring and new requisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share best practices, refine processes, and improve overall time‑to‑fill metrics.
  • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Lead regional recruitment initiatives for the Central Java area, including participation in job fairs, campus hiring events, and partnerships with local employment agencies (disnaker).
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the telecommunications sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Officer, preferably within an HR consulting or recruitment firm.
  • Demonstrated end‑to‑end recruitment experience in the telecommunications industry, including roles such as Sales SPG, Sales Promotor, and related positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport with both clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, especially ATS platforms and social media recruiting channels.
  • Experience conducting offline recruitment activities—job fairs, campus hiring, or collaborations with government employment offices—is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely and travel within Central Java as needed.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Gender: Open to all applicants.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00.
