Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and categorize incoming laundry loads according to fabric type, color, and care instructions.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal settings for each load.
- Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment, such as cleaning lint filters, checking water levels, and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care requirements and apply appropriate pre‑treatment methods.
- Fold, stack, and package cleaned items neatly, adhering to the company’s quality standards before they are returned to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing work surfaces and disposing of waste according to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking detergent, fabric softener, and other consumables, and request replenishment when stock runs low.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, handling complaints courteously, and ensuring timely delivery of cleaned garments.
- Operate company vehicles (both automatic and manual transmission) for pick‑up and delivery tasks when required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and support shift handovers with clear communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18 – 35 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender is not a limiting factor.
- At least 0 years of prior experience; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Demonstrated honesty, politeness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work the shift schedule of 16:00‑24:00 and the regular weekday schedule of 08:00‑17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues during peak periods.
- Basic driving ability; a valid driver’s license for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and handle repetitive motions safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
