Introduction
The Sales Advocacy Representative (SAR) for GraPARI Solo plays a pivotal role in driving revenue for Telkomsel’s retail arm while upholding the highest standards of customer advocacy and compliance. Positioned at the frontline of B2C interactions, the SAR is responsible for converting inquiries into sales, ensuring seamless service delivery, and acting as a trusted advisor to every customer who walks through the GraPARI outlet.
Responsibilities
- Understand and own the sales target for the assigned Solo region, consistently working toward achieving or surpassing the quota while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide knowledgeable, consultative support to customers seeking information about Telkomsel products, plans, and digital services, guiding them to the best solution for their needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and by following up on any post‑sale issues.
- Assist customers whose requests fall outside the typical sales scope, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance even during peak GraPARI service periods.
- Help manage queue flow during busy times, efficiently processing transactions and reducing waiting times.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader, SAR Coordinator, CCO Supervisor, and regional support teams to escalates product or sales challenges, ensuring swift resolution.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, providing accurate data for reporting and performance analysis.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions, webinars, and self‑study to stay ahead of market trends.
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities, presenting complementary services such as mobile broadband, device financing, and value‑added digital applications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a telecommunications or consumer electronics environment.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer‑service skills with a persuasive communication style.
- Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be deployed throughout the entire Solo area and to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, 08:00–17:00.
- Gender: open to all candidates.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
