Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and develop tailored recovery strategies.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting and legal teams to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and, when necessary, prepare cases for legal action.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection success rates, aging trends, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to understand client histories and improve overall customer relationship management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the multi‑finance sector and ensure all collection activities comply with local laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection – experience in a multi‑finance environment is a strong plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as per current posting requirements).
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/collection software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to the local domicile placement of Adira Finance.
