Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and positions within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle station, bar, dim‑sum preparation, production, and clear‑up areas.
- Participate in rotating (rolling) stations to ensure operational flexibility and a deep understanding of each department’s workflow.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, complying with local health regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of food and beverage items.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Attend mandatory training sessions at the store to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Adhere to the 6‑day shifting schedule with one weekday off, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles, or be a recent graduate eager to start a career in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and an active, team‑oriented attitude.
- No history of serious illnesses that could affect job performance.
- Possession of a valid, active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule: six consecutive workdays followed by one weekday off.
- Readiness to undergo store‑based training and adapt quickly to new responsibilities.
