Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) for its Langsa branch located at Ahmad Yani. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected promptly, supporting the company’s cash flow and financial stability. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with daily hours from 08:00 to 16:00, and is open to candidates who are ready to grow their career in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans and credit facilities, ensuring all actions are taken within established timelines.
- Conduct regular monitoring of A/R aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, or in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the credit, legal, and underwriting teams to align collection strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in the development of improved collection policies, procedures, and automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory compliance, negotiation techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software and basic knowledge of CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Langsa, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
