Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, providing personalized assistance to understand their fashion needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all merchandise is correctly priced.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments while adhering to company policies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a courteous and accurate manner.
- Assist with weekly inventory counts and use Microsoft Excel to record stock levels, sales figures, and daily performance metrics.
- Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to set up window displays and in‑store promotional signage.
- Provide feedback to store management on customer trends, product performance, and potential improvements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, ensuring fitting rooms, counters, and public areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and national holidays, to meet the store’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 30 years, and preferably single.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Assistant or Beauty Advisor in the fashion retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, stock tracking, and sales reporting.
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Physical standards: minimum height of 155 cm and a well‑maintained appearance that reflects the brand’s image.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities; capable of handling high‑traffic periods with composure.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, including weekends and national holidays.
