The position offers a full‑time schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 with a standard workweek to be confirmed during the interview process. Candidates must be prepared for possible relocation, as the posting is based in the coastal town of Pangandaran.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist every customer who enters the branch, ensuring a courteous and professional first impression.
- Conduct thorough verification of items brought in for pawn, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Process pawn transactions, including loan disbursement, payment collection, and loan settlement, while maintaining accurate records.
- Explain clearly to customers the terms of repayment, interest rates, and the procedures for reclaiming pledged items.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare daily reports, update inventory logs, and present performance metrics to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment, ensuring all documentation and physical assets are properly stored.
- Handle cash and electronic payments with precision, following internal controls to prevent discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or messaging platforms, providing accurate information and fostering trust.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve service efficiency and resolve any operational challenges.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of pawn‑shop regulations, market trends, and product valuation techniques.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Must not exceed 29 years and 11 months.
- Height: Minimum 150 cm for women, 155 cm for men (proportional weight required).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Package C).
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant, tidy appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active police clearance (SKCK) at the time of hiring.
- Personal traits: detail‑oriented, diligent, resilient, honest, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate and work in a different domicile if required.
- No prior work experience is necessary; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
