Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator – Pengembangan Konten Digital to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This role is central to shaping the online presence of our brand, crafting compelling narratives, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strategic insight, delivering high‑quality visual and written assets that align with our marketing objectives and reinforce our corporate identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce a wide variety of digital content—including articles, blog posts, short‑form videos, long‑form video series, infographics, podcasts, and interactive social media assets—that support the company’s marketing and branding strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Advertiser and Sales teams to gather audience insights, define content themes, and ensure each piece resonates with target demographics.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, social media algorithms, and platform‑specific best practices to maximize reach, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to propose innovative content formats and keep the brand ahead of the digital curve.
  • Maintain brand consistency by applying style guides, tone of voice, and visual standards across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, creating detailed production schedules, tracking milestones, and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis using analytics tools, reporting on key KPIs such as engagement, dwell time, and ROI, and iterating based on data‑driven insights.
  • Provide mentorship to junior creators, sharing best practices in storytelling, design, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a Content Creator; experience in the property or real‑estate sector is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
    • Familiarity with CorelDRAW and other design tools.
    • Strong writing, editing, and SEO‑optimization capabilities.
  • Creative Aptitude: Ability to generate fresh concepts, pay meticulous attention to detail, and translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals and copy.
  • Project Management: Comfortable handling several concurrent projects, setting realistic timelines, and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in cross‑functional teams, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning in the fast‑evolving digital landscape.
  • Religious Commitment: Regular observance of the five daily prayers and other sunnah practices.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
