Responsibilities
- Engage with shoppers in malls, retail outlets, and high‑traffic public areas to demonstrate how Kredivo simplifies payments.
- Identify customer needs, recommend Kredivo as the optimal payment solution, and answer product‑related queries with confidence.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and share insights with peers in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live presentations and hands‑on demos of the Kredivo mobile app, highlighting key features such as instant credit approval and flexible repayment plans.
- Follow up on user complaints or technical issues, providing clear guidance on app usage and ensuring a smooth resolution experience.
- Achieve daily activation targets, accurately record activity, and submit detailed performance reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers, merchants, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative sales environment.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings and consumer trends, feeding this data back to the product and marketing teams.
- Participate in regular team meetings, role‑play exercises, and sales workshops to sharpen negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
