Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy – Pengantar dan Kebersihan Kantor to join our team in the Nagoya area. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the office, including sweeping, mopping, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms.
  • Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Deliver documents, parcels, and supplies to various departments and external locations on a scheduled basis.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning and office supplies, reporting low stock levels to the facilities manager.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, tables, and audio‑visual equipment for presentations.
  • Support the administrative team by handling simple errands such as fetching coffee, printing materials, and restocking pantry items.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, lighting problems) to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring that all cleaning chemicals are used and stored correctly.
  • Work in rotating shifts, including early mornings and occasional overtime, to keep the office operational during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; however, the posting emphasizes “cowok” (male) for cultural fit.
  • Ability to work on a shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Demonstrated reliability, quick response (gercep), and a strong sense of cleanliness.

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and willingness to learn proper handling of cleaning tools.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads.
