Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution operating throughout the Greater Jakarta area, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer for its Cibinong branch (Jabodetabekser). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, fostering strong dealer relationships, and ensuring seamless credit processing for both existing and new clientele. Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present Adira Finance’s portfolio of financing products to existing customers and prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Secure orders through the distribution channel by collecting initial data, conducting thorough verification, and completing all required customer documentation and credit applications.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of credit applications, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding status updates and final credit decisions.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for a smooth repayment experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they understand product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with internal credit and underwriting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the application process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to the company’s compliance and risk‑management policies.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar relationship or sales role; experience in the multifinance sector is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in persuasive communication, telemarketing, and customer service techniques.
- Willingness to work in the Cibinong area and adapt to the local market dynamics.
- Full‑time availability: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30.
