Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Reseller or Sales Agent to join our expanding network in Bangkalan. This role serves as the frontline of our distribution strategy, connecting our high‑quality products with local retailers, small businesses, and end‑consumers. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new retail partners, wholesalers, and individual customers within the Bangkalan region.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements that meet both client needs and company targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, daily activity reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend adjustments to sales tactics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a broader sales team, sharing best practices and supporting peers.
  • Operate under pressure to meet weekly and monthly sales quotas while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; all applicants are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in sales, distribution, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
