Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Pengadaan Lokasi (Site Acquisition) to join our growing infrastructure team in North Sumatra. This pivotal role focuses on acquiring and securing strategic sites for critical projects, ensuring all regulatory, safety, and operational requirements are met. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between government agencies, private stakeholders, and internal project teams, facilitating smooth and timely acquisition processes while safeguarding existing assets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with PUPR (Ministry of Public Works) and the Dinas Bina Marga to align site acquisition plans with national infrastructure standards.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all necessary permits and corridor approvals through the Dinas PTSP and PUPR, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with KAI (Indonesia Railway Company) to negotiate right‑of‑way usage and address any rail‑related constraints.
- Engage with toll road operators, particularly Jasa Marga, to secure access agreements and manage any toll‑related documentation.
- Collaborate with relocation contractors to plan and oversee the movement of existing utilities, structures, or assets affected by new site development.
- Implement robust security measures to protect existing assets during the acquisition and relocation phases, including regular site patrols and incident reporting.
- Monitor the progress of relocation and fiber‑optic (FO) reduction activities, ensuring milestones are met and any issues are escalated promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting permit status, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
- Provide clear and professional communication with all external agencies, internal operators, and cross‑functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as specified by the project’s operational guidelines.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in site acquisition, permit management, or related infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with government officials and private partners.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian property law, building regulations, and the procedural flow of obtaining permits.
- Proficiency in drafting official letters, permit applications, and business correspondence.
- Ability to work independently in North Sumatra, with flexibility to travel to remote sites as needed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a focus on detail‑oriented documentation and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
