Introduction
FIFGROUP POS FLAMBOYAN is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Field Collection and Remedial team. As a Field Collector you will be the frontline representative of our finance division, responsible for visiting assigned customers, ensuring timely payment of installments, and providing courteous education on payment options. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, people‑focused environment and enjoy working outdoors across multiple branches in the Kampar region.
The position offers a structured work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to adapt to local branch needs. Whether you are new to the collections industry or have prior experience, we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to customers at designated locations, presenting payment statements and negotiating installment plans.
- Collect payments on‑site, verify amounts, and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Safely transport collected funds to the branch cashier and accurately record each transaction in the daily collection log.
- Prepare detailed visitation reports for the coordination team, highlighting payment status, customer concerns, and potential delinquency risks.
- Educate customers on the benefits of using authorized payment points, emphasizing punctuality and the impact of timely payments on their credit health.
- Identify and follow up on overdue accounts, proposing remedial actions such as restructuring payment schedules or arranging alternative payment methods.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation while interacting with a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and the central analytics team to provide insights that help refine collection strategies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while traveling between branches, including the proper use of a personal motorcycle and compliance with traffic regulations (SIM C required).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit imposed.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High energy level, enthusiasm for social interaction, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness and physical ability to work in the field, covering multiple branch locations such as Ujung Batu, Pos Flamboyan, Pos Pasir Pangaraian, Pos Bangun Jaya, Pekanbaru 1 & 2, Pelalawan, Pos Sorek, Ukui, Lubuk Dalam, and Siak.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C); ownership of a personal motorcycle is a strong advantage.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adaptability to changing schedules, quick learning of collection software, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in debt collection, credit management, or related customer‑service roles is desirable but not mandatory.
