Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Eksekutif Akun – Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Hubungan Klien (Account Executive) to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on promoting and selling the WIFI My Republic service across the Pandeglang and Rangkas Bitung regions. As the front‑line representative of our brand, you will engage directly with customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that payments are received on schedule while nurturing long‑term relationships.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 18:00, providing ample opportunity to interact with a diverse client base and develop a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door (canvassing) visits to residential and small‑business customers within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the WIFI My Republic product, tailoring the pitch to meet each prospect’s specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract durations while adhering to company policies and profit targets.
- Collect and verify customer documentation, process new service orders, and coordinate installation scheduling with technical teams.
- Monitor payment schedules, send reminders, and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure cash flow stability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, recommending additional services such as data packages or premium support.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to improve service quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Residency: Must reside in Pandeglang or Rangkas Bitung area.
- Transportation: Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Key skills:
- Ability to analyse large data sets to identify target markets.
- Understanding of customer needs and effective solution mapping.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software.
- Basic negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
