Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes, visiting assigned shops and customers to present and sell Orangtua Group’s product portfolio.
- Introduce new product lines and promotional offers, clearly communicating benefits and pricing to maximize uptake.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels on each route, ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately and reporting any discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update order books, and submit detailed daily reports to the sales supervisor.
- Maintain the visual presentation of products in stores, arranging displays to meet company standards and attract shopper attention.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to disseminate promotional materials, coupons, and point‑of‑sale assets.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the regional sales department.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle maintenance, and professional conduct while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
