Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista Professional to join our specialty coffee team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, delivering high‑quality specialty drinks while maintaining the standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality that our brand is known for.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, pour‑over, cold brew, and seasonal creations, following precise recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, take orders, recommend drink options, and provide education about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and waste is disposed of responsibly.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and allergen awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, balancing speed with quality without compromising service standards.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items, seasonal promotions, and customer‑experience improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified) but open to all qualified candidates who can meet the job criteria.
- Prior experience behind a bar or coffee counter is a plus, though motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
