Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Promotor Produk XLSMART Wilayah to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is focused on promoting and selling the XLSMART product line directly to consumers across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, communicative female professional with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to develop a robust network and sharpen persuasive selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach potential customers in high‑traffic areas, retail outlets, and community events to demonstrate the features and benefits of XLSMART products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by employing consultative selling techniques and upselling complementary accessories.
- Maintain a professional appearance and present up‑to‑date promotional materials, samples, and product literature.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including leads generated, conversion rates, and any customer concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with new releases and technology trends.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product availability and handle any on‑site inventory issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, encouraging brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Previous experience in promotional activities for telecom providers, gadget retailers, or similar consumer‑facing environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, outgoing demeanor.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and a proven ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in basic office tools; familiarity with 3D Max is a plus.
