Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Business Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our administrative, financial, and data management processes across multiple business units, including kiosk operations and leasing partnerships. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Control and validate all data entries into the company’s core systems to maintain data integrity.
- Reconcile, transfer, and invoice leasing funds, ensuring timely and accurate financial settlements.
- Monitor and fulfill operational needs of kiosk locations, including inventory, supplies, and facility requirements.
- Manage petty cash requests, approvals, and reconciliation, maintaining transparent records.
- Prepare, file, and distribute administrative memos and supporting documentation for internal and external use.
- Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring contact information and transaction histories are current.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) and evaluate asset conditions, reporting discrepancies.
- Support the marketing team by organizing sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with campaign analytics.
- Oversee building operations, including facilities management, system administration, and employee data handling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using database management tools.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with various internal departments and external partners.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
