Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude, answering inquiries, and guiding them to products or services.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment, labeling, and conducting periodic cycle counts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, processing cash and electronic payments accurately, and issuing receipts.
- Supporting promotional activities such as product displays, in‑store events, and special sales campaigns.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Providing basic administrative assistance, such as filing, data entry, and handling customer feedback forms.
- Upholding company policies related to attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18–25 years old.
