Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with a friendly attitude, answering inquiries, and guiding them to products or services.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment, labeling, and conducting periodic cycle counts.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
  • Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, processing cash and electronic payments accurately, and issuing receipts.
  • Supporting promotional activities such as product displays, in‑store events, and special sales campaigns.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Providing basic administrative assistance, such as filing, data entry, and handling customer feedback forms.
  • Upholding company policies related to attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age range: 18–25 years old.

  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
