We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Front of House Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant restaurant team in Bandung. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a thorough knowledge of daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service items.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and dietary accommodations, adapting to guest preferences and allergies.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, process bills, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to coordinate service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables such as napkins, straws, and condiments, and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards as mandated by local regulations and company policy.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new menu items, service techniques, and hospitality trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 32 years old.
- Male or female candidates; the position is open to all qualified applicants.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a professional demeanor.
- Immaculate personal hygiene and a tidy appearance at all times.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
- Hardworking, quick‑thinking, and capable of thriving under pressure.
- Own reliable transportation is a plus, facilitating punctuality and flexibility for shift changes.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
