Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Keamanan Cabang Kota Banjar to join the security team of Nusa Pala Group. This full‑time position is based in the Banjar branch office and plays a crucial role in safeguarding our premises, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, responsible male professional aged between 18 and 38 years, possessing a high school or equivalent education, and at least one year of proven security experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence by conducting regular patrols of the office complex, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
- Control access points, verify identification, and issue visitor badges to ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment, promptly reporting any suspicious activity to senior security personnel.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Document incidents accurately in daily reports, including details of any confrontations, accidents, or property damage.
- Assist customers and employees with directions, inquiries, and general assistance to enhance their sense of safety and comfort.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, providing clear and concise information.
- Ensure that all security equipment (e.g., radios, flashlights, patrol vehicles) is maintained in good working order.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay updated on the latest security practices and company policies.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, wearing the prescribed uniform and displaying proper identification at all times.
Requirements
- Male, aged 18‑38 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year (preferably 1‑3 years) of experience as a security officer.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama or Gada Madya security certification.
- Height of at least 170 cm with a proportional, fit physique.
- Demonstrated reliability, bravery, and strong discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact politely with customers.
- Proficiency in basic security management tools, such as access control systems and incident reporting software.
- Adaptability to varying shift patterns and the ability to work Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:30).
