Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing customers, presenting product portfolios and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, contracts, and order documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels and fostering long‑term loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams at Depo Blora to ensure timely delivery along the Tuban‑Lamongan route.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory, representing the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) and a spirit of adventure for frequent travel.
  • Strong physical and mental health to handle the demands of field work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales applications, market analysis, and basic negotiation techniques.
  • Target‑oriented mindset, disciplined work ethic, honesty, and a willingness to work independently.
  • Readiness to be stationed outside the home city as required by operational needs.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
