Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in daily inventory checks, receive deliveries, and store ingredients properly to minimize waste.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen supervisors, service staff, and fellow cooks to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking equipment, report any malfunctions, and participate in routine maintenance schedules.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes, seasonal specials, and menu improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Follow proper portion control and cost‑control procedures to support profitability.
- Participate in regular training sessions on culinary techniques, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, waste, and any incidents that occur in the kitchen.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering dishes that meet Cibiuk Resto’s high standards of taste and visual appeal.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Passion for the F&B sector with a genuine interest in culinary arts.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to follow instructions and convey information clearly.
- Flexibility to be deployed across any Cibiuk Resto outlet within the Jabodetabek region.
- Demonstrated discipline, a positive attitude, and honesty in all professional interactions.
- Basic cooking skills (Keterampilan Memasak) and a desire to learn advanced techniques.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals with up to 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
