Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system using computers or tablets, ensuring accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
- Maintain store visual standards by arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and updating promotional displays according to the latest beauty‑fashion trends.
- Follow and enforce the store’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
- Provide personalized customer assistance, answer product inquiries, and recommend items that match individual style preferences.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, record discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, participate in weekly briefings, and share insights on customer feedback.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policy while preserving a courteous demeanor.
- Utilize basic data‑entry skills to update sales reports, track key performance indicators, and assist the manager in preparing weekly summaries.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming, adhering to health‑and‑safety guidelines.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training sessions and stay updated on emerging beauty‑fashion trends.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, residing in Kudus or its surrounding areas.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools; must not be “gaptek” (technology‑averse).
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and a genuine interest in beauty‑fashion industry.
- High level of responsibility, patience, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
- Prior experience as a cashier using computer‑based POS systems is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
