Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Salesman – Consumer OTC Products to join our rapidly expanding distribution network. This role is focused on promoting over‑the‑counter (OTC) health and wellness products across a defined territory, building strong relationships with modern‑trade outlets, and driving revenue growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales activities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and volume goals within the designated area.
- Plan and conduct regular outlet visits according to a structured call plan, ensuring consistent coverage of pharmacies, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Initiate and follow up on orders through B2B platforms, the company website, or email—particularly for modern‑trade customers.
- Manage invoicing, collect payments, and verify that sales proceeds are deposited following internal financial procedures.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and customer visit logs for management review.
- Present the full portfolio of OTC products, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and tailor recommendations based on each outlet’s sales potential.
- Maintain professional, long‑term relationships with both customers and the principal brand representatives.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, coordinate replenishment, and prevent stock‑outs that could affect market share.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting prospects into active customers while nurturing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure promotional activities and product deliveries are executed smoothly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical sales.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in sales for pharmaceutical distribution, consumer health products, or medical devices. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Result‑oriented mindset, perseverance, and high intrinsic motivation to achieve targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and operate effectively in a mobile field environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend or evening visits as required by customer schedules.
