Introduction
Our client, a fast‑growing retail and e‑commerce brand in the Malang region, is looking for a dynamic Sales and Digital Marketing specialist (Tajinan). This role is perfect for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to combine traditional sales techniques with modern digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be the face of the brand on the ground, driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and expanding our online presence across the Greater Malang area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers in the Malang metropolitan area through door‑to‑door visits, networking events, and local business outreach.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads to generate leads and support in‑store sales.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline, set daily/weekly targets, and achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and close sales while providing excellent after‑sales support.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report trends to the regional manager.
- Prepare weekly performance reports that combine offline sales figures with online campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce localized content, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Utilise personal transportation to travel across the assigned territory, ensuring timely visits to key accounts and high‑traffic locations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops to continuously improve skills.
- Represent the brand at local events, fairs, and pop‑up stores, reinforcing brand awareness and community engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work mobile, including weekends when required.
- No prior experience is mandatory; a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are essential.
