Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development to join our growing team in Makassar. This role focuses on expanding our footprint within the golf‑club and hospitality sector, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through creative sales initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing department, event coordinators, and senior management to deliver on ambitious sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and articulate the features and benefits of our golf‑club products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct regular visits to corporate clients, hotels, resorts, and other institutions to promote and sell our offerings.
- Maintain an in‑depth product knowledge base, enabling detailed and persuasive presentations.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of future business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute special events, promotional campaigns, and social‑media advertising that generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments—including operations, finance, and customer service—to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and events.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sales process, such as preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, and generating performance reports.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring market trends.
- Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through effective communication, timely follow‑up, and exceptional service.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the golf‑club, hospitality, or related leisure industry.
- Strong orientation toward achieving and surpassing targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a talent for personal selling.
- Creative, dynamic mindset with a high achievement orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate honesty, resilience, and adaptability.
- Team player who can collaborate on special events, corporate offers, and innovative sales activities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social‑media platforms for sales outreach.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
