To strengthen our outreach and support network, we are seeking a dynamic Account Executive – Client Responsibility (KLI‑20) who will serve as the primary liaison between our institution and parents. This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving educational challenges, and driving enrollment growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Follow‑up: Respond promptly to inquiries from parents, provide accurate information based on the FAQ guidelines, and conduct systematic follow‑up to nurture leads into enrolments.
- Lead Management: Prioritize high‑value leads and ensure initial contact within five minutes of receipt, maintaining a high conversion rate and superior customer satisfaction.
- Education Consulting: Act as a trusted Education Consultant, explaining program curricula, admission requirements, and financing options, and tailoring solutions to each family’s needs.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead volume, revenue, and enrollment numbers; analyze trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to align messaging, resolve issues, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and ethical sales practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving the client acquisition process.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven success as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar client‑facing role within the education or services sector.
- Gender & Personal Criteria: Female candidates, Muslim, age not exceeding 35 years.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in competition analysis, sales data analysis, market research tools, and modern sales enablement platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem‑solving, high initiative, and resilience under pressure.
- Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday‑Sunday with rotating shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, 09:00‑17:00 WIB.
- Location: Willingness to be based in Surabaya.
