Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Taking Order (TO) Representative to join our dynamic field sales team in Bojonegoro. This role is crucial for driving product penetration and revenue growth within the assigned territory for a leading Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. Responsibilities
- Cover the Bojonegoro region, visiting assigned outlets daily to take orders, replenish stock, and promote new product launches.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of retail partners, expanding the customer base through proactive prospecting and cold‑calling.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and introducing promotional offers tailored to each retailer’s needs.
- Accurately input order details using Android smartphones or tablets, ensuring real‑time data synchronization with the central ERP system.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular store audits to verify product placement, shelf compliance, and promotional material visibility.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any supply‑chain issues.
- Report weekly on sales performance, challenges faced, and opportunities identified, using clear and concise communication.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the company’s values in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: open to all candidates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, direct sales, or canvassing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong sales potential and eagerness to learn.
- Residence within or near Bojonegoro and willingness to travel throughout the designated area.
- Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C license for efficient territory coverage.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones, GPS navigation, and basic office applications.
- Excellent business communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
