Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour‑over, cold brew, and specialty teas, following standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work station, coffee equipment, and front‑of‑house area throughout the shift.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista tools to ensure consistent extraction and flavor profiles.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and supplies; restock as needed and communicate shortages to management.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of perishable items.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and teamwork.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new drink recipes, equipment upgrades, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in creating visually appealing beverage presentations and, when required, contribute to basic digital design tasks for promotional materials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are welcome.

- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar food‑service environment.
- Proficient barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Basic digital design ability for occasional menu or social‑media graphics.
- Excellent multitasking capability to manage orders, preparation, and customer interaction simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
