Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, acrylic applications, and intricate nail art designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their style goals, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide expert advice on nail health and maintenance.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to all health regulations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations, and incorporate them into daily service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, receptionists, and management to ensure a seamless client flow and a welcoming salon atmosphere.
- Manage inventory of nail supplies, track product usage, and place orders to prevent stock shortages.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and promotional events to enhance skill sets and contribute to the salon’s marketing initiatives.
- Document client preferences and service history in the salon’s booking system to personalize future appointments.
- Uphold the brand’s image by presenting a professional appearance, demonstrating excellent customer service, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Assist in creating visual displays for new nail collections, seasonal themes, and special holiday packages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- Age between 18 and 28 years old, with a maximum age limit of 30 years for senior positions.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a salon environment, preferably with a focus on nail services and creative design.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting, demonstrating strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Honesty, diligence, and a strong work ethic are essential traits.
- Hands‑on experience with beauty therapy techniques, including hand and foot massage, paraffin treatments, and basic skin care.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage for serving a diverse clientele.
